Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our jewellery items. Every item is quality controlled by a member of our team to ensure the item is free of any manufacturing defect before being shipped to our customers. We offer a free lifetime manufacturing warranty on any item that is subject to a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your jewellery is subject to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team on 0800 88 88 37 to arrange a jewellery inspection. We will cover any repairs or replacements required when a manufacturing defect is apparent and ship the item back to you at our cost.

We also offer a free jewellery ultrasonic clean and claw tightening service annually. Platinum especially is subject to claw loosening within the first few months so we encourage these customers to have their platinum jewellery checked using this service. A polish or rhodium plating is an additional service that will incur a fee. 

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty excludes any damage caused by general day-to-day activities and accidents that is out of our control, such as:

  • damage caused by wear or accidents
  • discolouration due to chemicals, cleaning products, swimming pools, chlorine, makeup or similar
  • lost or chipped stones caused by general wear or accidents
  • lost jewellery or theft

Any repairs that are not covered under our warranty will be inspected by our jewellers. We will then contact you with a price quote and, upon your approval, complete the necessary repairs. Your item will be returned to you with free shipping.

Any repairs or service performed by a jeweller other than a jeweller will void this warranty.

We recommend to not wear your fine jewellery when exercising at the gym, cleaning / housework and when using chemicals, gardening or in the swimming pool or spa to reduce risk of damage over time.

We also recommend that you maintain insurance coverage of your jewellery to help cover any significant damage, theft or loss.

If at any time you require an updated version of the retail valuation originally supplied by us, please contact us and we will email you an updated version, free of charge. 

As a New Zealand citizen, you are also covered by The Consumer Guarantees Act and The Fair Trading Act when purchasing a New Zealand product.
