Paul Bunker - Managing Director

Paul has a wealth of knowledge in the diamond and jewellery industry spanning 40 years as a diamond wholesaler within New Zealand. Paul obtained the Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) after completing the Diamond Course in Residence, Los Angeles USA in 1983 – the first New Zealander to do so. Paul saw an opening in the New Zealand market to offer diamonds and diamond jewellery online direct to the consumer at very competitive prices and this vision has come to life through diamonds.co.nz. As a rock hound from a young age, he has a passion for coloured diamonds and loves sharing his knowledge of all things diamonds.

Claudia Rau - Sales Manager

Claudia has been an integral part the diamonds.co.nz team for over 7 years and has completed her Graduate Diamonds Diploma in residence at the Gemological Institute of America, New York and has a BCom in Management from the University of Otago. Claudia is passionate about all things diamonds and jewellery design and is committed to providing her customers with an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Lyn - Accounts Manager

Lyn is a qualified Chartered Accountant and handles the administration & financial side of diamonds.co.nz.

Rory - IT SpecialisT

Rory is our IT and database guru, working remotely from Nagoya, Japan. He has a BCom in Finance & Economics, as well as a Master’s in Data Science.

Monique - Sales & Production

Monique assists with customer service, stock control and production - she has studied Jewellery & Diamond Essentials with the Gemological Institute of America.
