10. diamonds.co.nz shall not be liable to any person for any matter arising from this web-based service except for direct fraud or direct reckless conduct on the part of diamonds.co.nz
11. diamonds.co.nz is providing a platform to sell loose diamonds and diamond jewellery through the jewellery trade in New Zealand. diamonds.co.nz will do our utmost to ensure that products listed are correct to the best of our ability, as follows:
    1. Gold, platinum, palladium or any other metal content of jewellery listed on diamonds.co.nz being of correct karatage as stamped on the items or represented in any other form.
    2. Diamond qualities and origin as described on diamonds.co.nz including independent diamond reports from all laboratories.
12. Diamonds displayed on the "create your diamond ring" application are offshore and subject to availability. If the particular diamond has been sold in the interim, diamonds.co.nz will source a replacement as close as possible to the original and at a similar price.
13. Diamonds listed on the diamond search database are active in the New Zealand market and can also be sold, therefore are subject to availability.
14. Jewellery settings can take up to two weeks to acquire.

Cancellation Policy

By choosing any of the payment options available on the diamonds.co.nz payment page you are entering into an agreement to purchase the jewellery item or diamond selected. This is a binding agreement and you are not able to cancel this transaction. Please ensure you are sure you have chosen the correct item before proceeding with payment.
