10 day returns policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to diamonds.co.nz up to 10 days after collecting the item from the Jeweller for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

Once we receive and process your item you will receive a refund in the form of a cheque or your replacement will be processed within a few days.

Upon receiving your item, your item will be checked to confirm that it is the original diamond or diamond jewellery in new condition. Please note that items showing signs of wear damage or altered in any way for example resized cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a Returns Authority Number, and packages not properly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

How To Prepare Your Return

To return your diamond or jewellery item to Diamonds.co.nz please follow these steps:

1.	Contact customer services 0800 88 88 37 to be allocated your Returns Authorization Number. Click here to print Return Form.
2.	Packaging your returns. Include all original packaging and paperwork including your completed Return Form. If your diamond or jewellery was delivered with a Diamond Certificate/s these must also be returned. Failure to return the Diamond Certificate/s will forfeit the refund.
	All returns must be packaged in a Courier Post 'Signature Required' Courier bag. Please make a note of the Track and Trace number as this will be needed as proof of returning along with the postal receipt if the parcel does not arrive back to Diamonds.co.nz.
3.	Addressing your return. Your parcel must be addressed to the following:
	DCNZ Ltd PO Box 606 Shortland Street Auckland 1140
4.	Insure your package. You are responsible for insuring your return until it is received by Diamonds.co.nz. Please note Courier Post insures up to $1500.00, any amount over this must be covered by your own insurance.
