diamond registry
A number of diamonds on the diamonds.co.nz database have been laser inscribed with a unique security number on the girdle of the diamond. This number usually corresponds to the Diamond Grading Laboratory Grading Report number. Click here to learn about laser inscription.
- The unique security number is also noted on the Diamond Report which accompanies your diamond.
- Please ensure your Insurance Company has a record of the security number.
- If your diamond is lost or stolen, the security number can be used to identify your diamond in the case of recovery.
- Submitting the security number below will retrieve all relevant information about your diamond.
Please submit the number as printed on the Diamond Report and include any spaces or hypens that may appear in the number, for example:

If your diamond is lost or stolen, you can register your laser inscription security number into www.gemsure.com which will greatly increase the chance of recovery.
